The latest semi annual report for 2025 released by China Innovation Airlines shows that the company's profitability is significantly increasing.

While revenue increased by 31.7% year-on-year to RMB 16.419 billion, profits surged 80.4% during the period, reaching RMB 753 million; The gross profit margin increased by nearly 2 percentage points month on month to 17.5%.

The profit growth rate far exceeds the revenue growth rate, reflecting the countercyclical growth and cost control ability of China Innovation Airlines in the context of intensified industry price competition.

And this is mainly due to its two key battery products, the large cylindrical battery and the 5C ultra fast charging, continuously releasing economies of scale and technological dividends

It is worth noting that Zhongchuang Aviation's high-power lithium iron phosphate R46 large cylindrical battery has achieved mass production for the first time in the hybrid market, with main customers being Geely Automobile and Dongfeng Motor.

The sales data of Geely Automobile provides evidence for the order scale of Zhongchuang Aviation large cylindrical batteries.

Geely's Galaxy Star Yao 8 is a mid to large plug-in hybrid sedan equipped with the China Innovation Aviation 8.5kWh large cylindrical battery. The model was launched in May this year and sold 10187 units that month. Subsequently, the sales in June and July were 8439 and 10100 units, respectively.

Stable monthly sales of tens of thousands of vehicles have made Geely the first large-scale application customer of Zhongchuang Aviation large cylindrical batteries. This not only validates China Innovation Aviation's strategy of entering the large cylinder market from the low battery hybrid scenario, utilizing the low manufacturing cost and high power characteristics of this technology to meet the needs of hybrid vehicles, but also lays the foundation for the rapid market expansion of the standardized product of large cylinder batteries in the future.

In addition, the low-power version of Geely Galaxy A7 also uses this battery, and since its launch in early August, the cumulative orders have exceeded 30000 units. It can be seen that the cooperative relationship between Geely and China Innovation Airlines is becoming more stable, which has brought sustained order flow to it.

In the forefront field, Zhongxin Innovation has also mass-produced high nickel 46 cylindrical battery cells with an aviation energy density of 310Wh/kg, supplying them to a leading eVTOL customer.

Another key technology is the 800V 5C ultra fast charging battery. According to the semi annual report, China Innovation Airlines exclusively supplies 5C medium nickel high-voltage ternary batteries for the new P7 model of Xiaopeng Motors, which can charge the battery from 10% to 80% in 12 minutes

Based on lithium iron phosphate, this technology has also been applied to the entire range of Xiaopeng 2025 G6, G9, G7 and other models, successfully lowering the application threshold of 5C ultra fast charging technology to the mainstream consumer market of 200000 yuan, establishing product differentiation barriers.

According to the financial report, in the pure electric field, its 5C rechargeable batteries have achieved monthly sales of over 20000 sets.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Innovation Airlines will also supply 5C lithium iron supercharging extended range batteries for Xiaopeng's first extended range MPV (Xiaopeng X9 extended range version) in the fourth quarter of this year.

While making breakthroughs in the domestic market, Zhongchuang Aviation has entered the supply chains of Volkswagen, Hyundai, and Toyota, the top three global automakers, and signed a 30GWh supply contract with Hyundai Motor in May this year.

In July of this year, China Innovation Airlines' monthly domestic market share reached a new high of 8.25%.

China Innovation Airlines has entered a clear 'technology dividend release period'. With the application of the two core technologies of large cylinder and 5C supercharging in more car models, its market share is expected to further increase.
