Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall planning, organization, implementation, publicity planning, and operation of the company's general affairs and logistics work, including administrative office, EHS management, office facility and equipment management, canteen, dormitory, security, cleaning, official vehicle management, employee team building and other welfare activities, including but not limited to office environment management, disciplinary requirements, meeting organization, welfare care, event planning and promotion, etc;
2. Implement the work instructions of superiors, communicate effectively with superiors, and provide timely feedback on work information to superiors;
3. Responsible for the management, training, and assessment of personnel in the department;
4. Responsible for the management and assessment of the company's cafeteria;
5. Responsible for promoting the implementation of employee company administrative and welfare projects, organizing activities such as employee group building, holiday activities, birthday parties, etc;
6. Responsible for administrative and logistical work for employees: management of office supplies, facilities and equipment, cost budgeting, etc;
7. Responsible for the management of official vehicles in the factory area;
8. Responsible for the management of EHS work in the factory area;
9. The coordination of external communication of the company;
10. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Full time undergraduate degree, with at least 5 years of experience in administrative logistics management in manufacturing enterprises (around 500 people), and at least 2 years of experience as department heads;
2. Stable and capable, with a strong sense of work responsibility, and good communication and coordination skills;
3. Priority given to living near Xuanqiao.
